Membership Online Application Form

This page provides a portal through which you can apply for membership of the Lismore Cricket Club. The basic information provided here is the minimum required for registration. The club may follow up directly with the Secretary will follow up directly with some further details if required. Membership will be granted by the club subject to a review and acceptance of your application and payment of Membership Fees. Optional:That photos / images of me and other data relating to my club activities may be posted on club and websites in line with the Code of Ethics and Good Practice as published by Cricket Ireland on its website
Required:have read and agree to abide by the Club’s Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy, as provided in the Clubhouse, and as published on the Club’s website

5. Submit Membership Application:
